📅 Sat 5th Sept 2026 | ⏰ 9:00 AM Start | 📍 Adventure Dolphin Join us for an empowering, female-only day on the water! Hosted by Adventure Dolphin and supported by Paddle UK, this full-day event features specialised workshops led by incredible female coaches. Connect with a community of women, level up your skills, and earn CPD points for your Paddle UK membership. 🚣‍♀️ Is This Event for Me? This is a development day for intermediate paddlers, not absolute beginners. Requirements: You must be comfortable in your chosen craft, able to paddle forwards and backwards, and have been on the water more than a handful of times. If you class yourself as a beginner, please book onto our Taster Sessions instead. Age 16+ 🛠️ Choose Your Adventure: The Workshops You will participate in 2 workshops during the day. Workshops will be chosen on the day itself. We will do our best to get you into your first pick, but please note spaces per session are limited. Leadership Workshop – Learn to lead and support others on the water. Games with Aims – Gain fresh ideas for games and instructing techniques to directly aid your coaching delivery. Rescues Workshop – Boost your confidence refreshing and mastering essential rescues. Edging, Bracing & Intro to Rolling – Learn the foundation skills to start learning to roll, or harden your current rolling skills. Sea Kayak Navigation & Rescues – Coastal navigation theory and safety essentials. Intro to Race Kayaking – Find your fast forward stroke and develop some racing basics. Canoe Fundamentals – Deepen your open canoe knowledge and skills. SUP Skills Workshop – Fine-tune your stance, stroke, and board control. 🎒 Equipment & Extra Info Your Gear: You are welcome to bring your own craft and equipment. Instructors will check gear at the start and reserve the right to deny use of any item not fit for purpose. Food Included: The day wraps up with a social BBQ to chat with coaches and fellow paddlers. Timings: Starts at 9am. Full schedule and extra info will be sent nearer the time. Refunds: Tickets are fully refundable up until 5th August 2026. 🎟️ Tickets & Waitlist Information Spaces are limited to ensure excellent coaching ratios. If tickets are sold out, please don't stress!
