Join us on our Summer 2026 PADDLE UK paddle sports courses. All courses open to youth & adults age 10+ Please note that this is a 6 week course booking as follows: 30th April 7th May 14th May 21st May 4th June 11th June You are not required to book each individual date booking your start date will book you onto the whole 6 week course. START The Perfect Beginning Ready to take your first strokes? This 6-week introductory course is designed for absolute beginners. We focus on building your confidence on the water in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. What you’ll learn: Basic equipment setup, launching and landing, and fundamental forward paddling. The Goal: Master the basics and earn your first Paddle UK recognition. Perfect for: Anyone who has never picked up a paddle or wants a solid refresher. DISCOVER Develop Your Skills Take your paddling beyond the basics. This course helps you transition from "just floating" to "truly navigating." Over 6 weeks, we refine your technique and start exploring different types of water and craft. What you’ll learn: Improved steering, reverse paddling, and an introduction to safety and rescue basics. The Goal: Develop the independence to paddle with friends in sheltered water. Requirement: Completion of 'Start' level or equivalent basic experience. EXPLORE The Independent Paddler Ready to go further? The Explore award is all about self-sufficiency and variety. We dive deeper into environmental awareness, weather patterns, and advanced manoeuvres that allow you to tackle longer journeys. What you’ll learn: Efficient power strokes, navigating obstacles, and group safety leadership. The Goal: To become a competent, independent paddler ready for any sheltered water adventure.
