The daytime programme has worked with 155 groups between April and July of this year.

The next stage in our accreditation process is to gain ‘Adventure Mark’, this is a Kite Mark for schools approval for learning outside the classroom. I have received a report from Kevin D who visited all the club sessions in late February early March. Last weekend (11, 12th June) was a busy one for Adventure Dolphin; we were running activities at the Pangbourne Fete and the Beale Park Boat Show.

The Pangbourne Fete went really well, we ran three different activities for people to try: canoeing, climbing and archery. Participants were able to pay for one activity or to buy a Challenge Card for £5 which let them try three different activities, or one activity three times. Great news! Adventure Dolphin is able to collect vouchers for the Active Kids scheme run by Sainsburys.

This isafantastic chance for us to be able to getsome kit and equipment to help our youth clubs, paddling clubs and DofE sessions do more exciting things for more of you.

Adventure Dolphin was alive with the sound of lots of young people during the February half term. The week saw 45 young people take part in three themed days held at the centre.
